In recent years, the a cappella Showcase has become an essential part of the festival and competition – and with good reason. This is where all the young groups competing in the a cappella Contest come together once more to share the stage in a joint concert. It’s a chance for them to reconnect and celebrate one another, to put fresh ideas from the Contest and Masterclasses straight into practice, and to give us a vivid sense of the breadth, energy and potential of today’s a cappella scene.

What’s more, the Showcase also marks the grand culmination of the Contest itself. In a thrilling live moment at the end of the evening, the winners of the 2026 competition – as chosen by both jury and audience – will be announced. Pure excitement!
